2009 Great Gas GiveAway contest rules
How to enter:
Hudson & Muma, Inc. customers who complete the
registration process for Hudson & Muma, Inc. 2009 Great Gas GiveAway by filling in an
entry form (click here)
or by sending an email to
webmaster@hudsonmuma.com with the following phrase in the subject of the
email, "2009 Great Gas GiveAway" and include name and birth date in
the body of the email are automatically entered into the prize drawing. There is no separate entry
form for the drawing. No responsibility is assumed by Hudson & Muma,
Inc., and entrants waive all claims for lost, late, illegible or
misdirected entries or for any problems of technical malfunction of any
telephone network or lines, computer equipment, software, failure of any
internet service provider or any combination thereof including without
limitation any damage to entrant's or any other person's computer resulting from
participation in this promotion.
You may also enter by U.S. Post Mail by sending a letter with your name and
birth date to:

Winner(s) will be drawn each month from available entries, on the 1st of the month, from
January through
December, 2009. United States federal, state &
local taxes and any other applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility
of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes
permitted.
Prize drawing
The random drawing will be conducted electronically at Hudson &
Muma, Inc., and the electronic results are final in any of the drawings.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries. Winners
will be notified by email within 5 business days of drawing date. A prize winner
may choose to decline the prize upon notification if he/she so wishes. If
Hudson & Muma, Inc. is unable to contact potential winner(s) by email or
if any potential winner fails to respond to the prize notification within 14
days of issuance of notification or if any winner fails to comply with any of
the requirements, an alternate winner shall be selected through another random
drawing conducted electronically at Hudson & Muma, Inc.. Allow 4-6
weeks after verification of winner status for the receipt of prize by mail. If,
in Hudson & Muma, Inc.’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual
evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the
contest, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the contest,
Hudson & Muma, Inc. reserves the right to terminate the contest and
conduct a random drawing to award the then currently available prizes using all
currently eligible online entries received as of the termination date. Should
the contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be
posted on insure-all.com
Eligibility
This contest is open to customers of Hudson & Muma, Inc.,
age 18 years or older. A registered user is an Hudson & Muma, Inc.
customer who has completed the registration process for the 2009 Great Gas GiveAway. Users who have registered for Hudson & Muma, Inc.
2009 Great Gas GiveAway prior to the contest announcement are also
eligible. A prize winner is not eligible for subsequent drawings. A prize winner
must be a customer of Hudson & Muma, Inc. at the time of the
drawing. This promotion is not open to employees of Hudson & Muma, Inc.
or immediate family members. By entering, participants without limitation,
release and hold harmless Hudson & Muma, Inc. and its affiliates,
licensees, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies from
any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind in connection
with this contest or acceptance and use of a prize won. One registration per
person is allowed. Void where prohibited.

The names of winners will be available after the winners have been
